At its meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, the Can FIn Homes Board of Directors discussed and decided to declare an “Interim Dividend” of Rs. 6.00/-per equity share of face value Rs. 2/-each for the 2024–2025 fiscal year. This resulted in the announcement of a 300% interim dividend.

The stock exchanges were also notified by Can Fin Homes on November 19, 2024, that the ‘Record Date’ for identifying the list of eligible shareholders for the payment of the aforementioned Interim Dividend was set for Wednesday, December 04, 2024.

For investors who purchased Can Fin Home Finance shares up until Tuesday, December 3, 2024, their names will be listed as eligible shareholders on the record date of December 4, 2024, making them eligible to receive the interim dividend.

The Interim Dividend must be paid out by Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at the latest.

One day before its ex-dividend conversion, Can Fin Homes’ share price increased by 2.39% on Wednesday, closing at 834.20 on the BSE with gains of ₹19.50.
